Does Sookjai Thai take reservations/reservation policy?

Yes, you can make a reservation for Sookjai Thai by calling us at (250) 383-9945 during our business hour. Alternatively, you can also fill out the reservation box below to make a reservation.

Your reservation via the box below will only be confirmed after you receive a confirmation e-mail back from us.

Please be aware that we are unable to take same-day reservations, as we need at least 24 hours notice to hold a table for your party. If you are looking for a table on the same night, Sookjai will be first-come, first-served. You can always give us a ring 5-10 minutes before your arrival so that we can let you know how busy the restaurant is, if there's any walk-in tables available, and if there's a wait list for walk-in's.

Furthermore, please bear in mind that even with a reservation there may be a bit of a wait at the door past your reservation time while Sookjai representatives are getting your table ready. Sookjai Thai is a small establishment with limited seating. Your reservation gives you and your party top priority, but sometimes we may not be able to seat you right at your reservation time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for extra patience and kindness while we get your table ready for you as soon as possible.

Does Sookjai Thai have a loyalty program?

Sookjai Thai does have a loyalty program available for online ordering! In order to start collecting your loyalty points, register an account by hitting the "Login / Register" button at www.sookjai.moduurn.com! For every dollar spent, you earn 5% back on your account! You can then use these loyalty points on a future online pick-up or delivery order! Struggling with setting up an account? Creating an account will automatically sign you up for newsletters from our team at Sookjai Thai that will let you know about upcoming deals and promotions. Does Sookjai Thai deliver?

Sookjai Thai does have delivery options available for you! Our entire menu can be ordered through our in-house delivery service. Be sure to register with us to start collecting loyalty rewards for every order you make with Sookjai! You can click on the 'Place a Takeout / Delivery Order' on our website to be sent directly to our ordering page. I have food allergies, can Sookjai Thai accommodate me?

Sookjai Thai has many vegetarian, vegan, nut free, shellfish free, seafood free, and gluten free options for our customers to enjoy. We take all steps available to minimize cross contamination in our kitchen, but please be aware that we are a very fast-paced restaurant and there is always a small chance that cross-contamination can occur. Please inform your server while ordering of any allergies or food preferences to keep in mind and we can help guide you towards menu friendly options.

Does Sookjai Thai have parking?

Sadly, Sookjai Thai does not have a parking lot for customers available to park in. We recommend street parking, the closest spots available being up and down Fort Street as well as around the corner on Quadra Street. 

Does Sookjai Thai use MSG?

Sookjai Thai does not put MSG directly into any of our dishes. However, we use some products that contain very small amounts of MSG. Any questions or concerns? Give us a call at 250-383-9945!

Does Sookjai Thai use plastic containers?

Sookjai Thai does use plastic containers for all of our takeout, delivery, and ready to go items. We have invested in excellent quality plastic containers that are microwavable, recyclable, and dishwasher safe! We also have these containers available for purchase at Sookjai Thai in case you have leftovers from your dine-in meal you would like to take home with you. These containers cost .35¢ each. If you would prefer to bring your own containers with you for leftovers after your meal, you are more than welcome to do so! However, Sookjai is no longer able to allow customers to bring their own containers for take-out orders due to food and safety protocols.
